I can think of at least a handful of companies that don't allow fraternizing among employees. And also, companies that do, are worried about it. Personally, I don't think it matters at all, if a couple are employed in the same office. If they don't want to work, they'll not work anyway. If they want to cheat, they'll cheat anyway.
