Motivating yourself when it comes to exercise is one of the most difficult tasks you can encounter, especially when exercise has not been a big part of your life. I think that exercise can be fun if approached the right way. Find yourself a workout buddy, somebody who can keep you honest, motivated and encouraged to stay on track and complete the goal you have set for yourself. Find an exercise that you can enjoy, if you are making yourself do an exercise that you dread you will not be successful. Exercise has to be positive on a mental and physical level.
Great blog. Like what you’re doin here.
Great links- a real spectrum of fitness opinion- I particularly like the cranky one- sarcasm and irony are great exercise!

Recently, high cholesterol is not only attacking middle aged people but young people in the early twenties are suffering from it because of unhealthy lifestyles.
Regular exercise does lower the risks of having high cholesterol, especially with Christmas just around the corner, parties and a lot of food will be such a temptation….lol! But again, exercising regularly will promote fast metabolism and help me to lower my cholesterol.
